The remit is to manage the existing Infrastructure civil engineering design unit in the Cardiff Office. Applicants should be qualified to BSc (Hons) level within a relevant engineering discipline; possession of a relevant higher degree would be an advantage; Chartered Engineer M.I.C.E. You should also have infrastructure civil engineering experience in design particularly in highways, and urban drainage as well as some construction experience in the relevant sectors; Financial and Management skills and Business development skills.
