Senior Electrical Engineer (Oil & Gas)

A client is looking to recruit a Senior Electrical Engineer (Oil and Gas) for work in Abu Dhabi.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing the major project contract(s) basis including scope of work, scope of facilities and applicable liability for various contracts, discipline contract deliverables, level of detail and drawing/document acceptable quality levels according to client standards. Develops and/or amends scope of works, scope of services and any other documentation to fulfill discipline project requirements.
• Should have worked on designing engineering (consulting assignments) of major Oil & Gas & Industrial projects for international organizations.
• Checks and contributes to engineering man-hour estimates and schedules.
• Lead all types of Conceptual engineering, FEED and small detail design projects.
• Should have sound working knowledge of HV & LV design requirements for various projects including protection coordination, Power system studies, vendor documentation review / incorporation, interconnection drawings, procurement requirements etc.

Applicants should have at least a Batchelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, and extensive experience. They are looking for someone who can start immediately. This is a permanent situation, no contractors need apply.
