Development Engineers / Project Manager South East; Berkshire; Reading, UK £NEGOur client has a current requirement for development engineers to project manage the National Grid High Voltage transmission investments. You will co-ordinate with, and support the Designers, Cost Managers, Risk Managers, Site Engineers, Programmers, Land and Development, Client and other staff and stakeholders essential to building a target costed solutions. In the final stages you will provide a smooth handover to the Project Delivery Managers. These roles are ideally suited to someone who has experience developing or project managing high capital utility projects in the UK. High Voltage experience (132kV) is preferred however candidates with development experience in Water, Gas and other large capital utilities will also be considered. Experience with Local Authority and EA planning is welcome. Candidates will need to be qualified to degree level and ideally chartered or near chartered.
