Team Leader - Hydrogeology

The role will involve:

• The management and technical leadership of the Hydrogeology Team in the Exeter office

• Promoting the team's skill and resources internally across our Regions and to external clients

• Client management in both private and public sectors

• Development of new business opportunities

• Responsibility for the team's sales and financial performance

Desirable Qualifications

• MSc in Hydrogeology or similar

• Essential Qualifications

• BSc Hydrogeology or similar

• Chartered status

Essential Experience

Proven track record in technical delivery and winning work. Experience of managing teams. Technical Direction and review of a broad range of projects, including overseas.

Personal Characteristics

Good leadershiop and communication skills, client facing. Exhibits high standards of ethical behaviour in line with company values. Able to develop and maintain effective long-term relationships within key client organisations and within the company
