The project will be executed in cooperation with the Mining Ministry of Mozambique (MIREME). In this context, BGR is looking for a

Mining Engineer
or Geoscientist (M.Sc)

to join the BGR project "Strengthening the state management of the mining sector in Mozambique". The project is part of a common German program with German International Cooperation (GIZ) to support MIREME. The successful candidate will be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

This post is classified in the grade 13 of the Collective Agreement for the Public Services (TVöD). After a preparation period in Hanover and Bad Honnef the post holder shall be deployed permanently in Mosambik, Maputo which will be remunerated with an extra pay for working abroad.
