AutoCAD Technician

UK My Client is an international consultancy offering integrated professional services in the transportation, property, environment and natural resources sectors, with nearly 6000 members of staff globally. The company has nearly doubled in size over the past few years and from its UK headquarters currently controls a worldwide network of 80 offices. They are seeking to recruit an AutoCAD Technician to join their team in the East Midlands. You will be responsible for preparing CAD drawings and graphics across a wide range of projects, providing CAD to the Transportation Traffic Signals Design Teams. You will help operate and update the document control system and general drawing office assistance, including site surveys and inspections as required. The Successful candidate will have good knowledge of AutoCAD and will be able to produce accurate drawings and diagrams. An ONC, HNC or City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or Built Environment would also be advantageous as would Some experience of CAD operation for consultants or similar organisations.
