Junior Geotechnical Engineer

My client is a leading engineering consultancy providing Geotechnical, Civil, Structural and Building services to an array of clients.

They are looking to recruit a Junior Geotechnical Engineer with approximately 2 years experience in the field. They are looking to expand due to successfully winning new contracts.

The role will involve; carrying out desk top studies, carrying out geotechnical site investigations, groundwater and gas monitoring, carrying out contaminated land assessments, bore holing, window sampling, soil and rock logging, carrying out risk assessments, foundation design, slope stability analysis and writing up technical reports.

As the ideal applicant you will have a good degree MSc level preferably in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or a similar discipline. You should already have a good amount of site experience, and experience in a similar role. You will be dedicated, friendly and committed to excellence. You will benefit from my clients excellent in-house training program.
