Geotechnical Consultant

My client is a leading and developing international multi-disciplinary consultancy providing services to a range of clients.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Geoenvironmental Consultant, due to new contracts and increased workload.

The role will involve; carrying out phase 1 desk top studies, the design and supervision of phase 2 site investigations, developing remediation techniques for contaminated land assessments, geotechnical and foundation design, slope stability analysis, groundwater and gas monitoring, as well as writing up technical reports.

You should have a minimum of 3 years already in the field and gained relevant experience particularly design work. You will have a good 2:1 or higher in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology or Environmental Science. Ideally you will have a MSc level degree but this is not essential.
