The Alfred Wegener Institute Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research (AWI) is a member of the Helmholtz Association (HGF) and funded by federal and state government. Science officer TSU (m/f/d)
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is in its Sixth Assessment cycle. The Working Group II (WGII Impacts, Adaptation, and Vulnerability), is advertising for the position of a Science Officer in the WGII Technical Support Unit (TSU). The WGII TSU provides the scientific, technical and organisational support of the activities and products of the Working Group and is hosted by the Alfred-Wegener-Institute in Bremen, Germany.

The full-time position is limited to 2 years with the potential for a further extension until the completion of the entire AR6 cycle in 2023, depending on requirements.
