The Institute of Coastal Research at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht is investigating the natural physical and biogeochemical dynamics of the coastal ocean and the impact of anthropogenic influences on the natural state. We search for a qualified scientist to use hyperspectral optical data and ocean colour remote sensing data from satellites and airplanes to investigate water quality parameters in coastal and inland waters in the framework of the ENMAP project (www.enmap.org).
