Full-time Faculty Research Assistant
The Ocean Observatories Initiative (OOI) group at Oregon State University is hiring a full-time faculty research assistant. The OOI group operates and maintains the Endurance Array, a collection of moorings, profilers, and gliders off the coast of Oregon and Washington. The person in this position will refurbish, assemble, and operate oceanographic equipment at the project's building in Corvallis, Oregon, and they will spend about a month a year at sea deploying and recovering equipment.
