Sales Director - Mining MaterialsLocation: Germany with Global remit My client is an ambitious organisation which sells a range of traditional but also a range of innovative materials which due to their unique properties have genuine mass conversion potential. Your role will be to lead the Groups Global Sales initiatives within this space. This is a hands on role, supported by a small dedicated team and access on a matrix basis to the overall businesses resources. It is anticipated that you will have a substantial background within mining so that you can credibly engage with your global customer base plus lead your team of Sales and Product Managers effectively. Your mining experience could come from your early career possibly in Mining or from selling products or Materials or tools for example into the sector. Its important that you have existing relationships, a sound education ideally enhanced with an MBA and that you have the strategic, business breadth, commercial expertise plus an effective track record in Sales/ Business Development. The scope for the business Unit and the group as a whole is very significant, the market is set to rapidly expand and this naturally will create a very exciting career opportunity for the right person.
