It requires operation in co-located and virtual teams, in field and city locations which is supported by effective collaboration, relationships and engagement. Your role as a Principal Geoscientist - Bauxite is to develop regional relationships with management, project and program leaders to instill best practice and ensure strategy alignment. You will be required to liaise with Product Groups in order to understand and influence the key drivers and strategies of the business. Your primary purpose will be to implement technical and operational leading practice initiatives, contribute to specific specialist area by developing and enhancing the region's technical capability and knowledge base and provide technical input to regional improvement initiatives. Being a specialist in your field you will display extensive experience and knowledge of the exploration process with Bauxite. Critical to your success is your ability to analyse and technically evaluate the integration of geological models. Strong research and interpretive thinking skills are essential.
