Description:
To monitor (PRISM and project controls system) the status of the project in the areas of cost and schedule.
Position Requirements:
- Experience and understanding of the intricacies and internal working mechanisms of an executing project environment in the such areas as procurement, expediting, contracts, cost control, scheduling, estimating, construction co-ordination, safety etc
- Ability to setup and perform the project controls requirements of an executing project.
- Incumbent should understand Project Management from an EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Contracting, Management) perspective.
- Computer software skills in Microsoft spreadsheet, word and databases
- Use of commercial scheduling programs such as MS Project and Primavera
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering degree
Experience:
- 5 years project controls with projects of about the $20M range
- 3 years in a supervisory role
