The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and qualified trainer who has a track record in the upstream oil and gas sector working in both onshore and offshore environments.

The role will involve developing career planning schemes and providing career development for all levels of staff.

The role will be based in the London office but will involve working across all of the company's offices to develop a seamless and coherent series of programmes that ensures the client builds its team to its highest potential.

The Person

The following skills, experience and qualifications are required:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline - for example Petroleum Engineering or Engineering.
• Experience in competency assessment and development.
• Experience in a similar role within the upstream oil and gas sector.
• Sound understanding of oil and gas exploration, development and production activities.
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
