HSE Manager role for candidates of Indonesian nationality.
Working closely with the Indonesia Management Team and the Regional HSE
Manager for South East Asia, provide HSE leadership and technical support to
the Indonesia Businesses. Support and assist the Business and Functions in the
application of E&P Expectations for the Management of HSE and Social
Responsibility (management system). Facilitate regulatory compliance on HSE
matters, and to establish and sustain strong links with regulatory bodies.
Provide support and advice to Management Supervisors and Operations personnel
on matters related to HSE. Support the global HSE Functional Team members and
carry out HSE project activities.
Coordinate the activities of the Indonesia HSE Team
Establish & maintain process for annual review of HSE
performance & management system.
Identify and draft HSE initiatives with the focus on
execution and KPIs
Coordinate and support incident investigations of local
incidents, providing recommendations and corrective actions where required.
Advocate and maintain the HSE elements of the management
system and champion the HSE culture of the assets.
Establish the assets risk matrix and management plan,
ensuring that it is reviewed as part of the business process.
Support the development and operation teams in delivering
a continual improvement culture with the goal of zero injuries or serious
Continual review of HSE legislation, and advice to
management on new issues.
The following skills, qualifications and experience are
Degree level with relevant professional qualification
Minimum 10 years operational experience with at least 3
years experience in an HSE leadership role.
Minimum 3 years management or supervisory experience.
Self-motivated and a team player able to provide
leadership and to work as part of a multidisciplinary and multinational
Must be a credible communicator, fluent in English and
Bahasa Indonesia, with the influencing skills and the presence to persuade
Business Leaders, and other key stakeholders, to drive HSE through out their
Good knowledge of the Indonesian HSE & SR requirements.
International experience with a major operator is
considered a clear advantage.
