The Data Processing &
Interpretation Manager for Worldwide Operations focusing on CSEM and Integrated
Seismic/well/reservoir Studies Services/Consulting.
Objectives are:
-
Plan for and allocate resources
required for services projects worldwide.

Ensure timely and quality
completion of projects to client satisfaction
-
Feedback and liaise with R&D
for technology requirements and trends in the services market.

Devise and deliver financial
targets for the group in keeping with corporate strategy.

Management and Supervision of
services personnel.
General Description Specifics:
-
Responsible for the day-to-day
running and administering of the DP and Integrated Services/Consulting group.
-
Developing and maintaining good
client relations at all times and ensure that DP group services meets client
specifications and company specifications with regard to data quality and
turnaround schedule. Our responsibility to our clients is to provide Data
Processing and technical consulting advice and associated products to aid in
the exploration for oil and gas. Manage clients with direct meetings and
reports. Meet with clients to explain the technology used on their projects.
Supervise reporting to clients.

Producing accurate revenue
forecasts and reports, as required, of finances, status and resource
requirements associated with each project.

Efficient project management
ensuring on time and satisfactory delivery of services projects
-
Responsible for sourcing,
recruiting, hiring, training and retention of key employees.
-
Help plan and implement sales
and marketing activities in order to meet company targets for retention growth
and profitability according to the Corporate strategy.

Business Development: Maintain
and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and
ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of
service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

Adhere to health and safety
policy, and other requirements relating to employees and the care of equipment
etc.

| Qualifications/ Experience: |
The following skills,
experience and qualifications are required:
-
B.S or M.S in Geophysics or
Geology, or related appropriate field
-
Substantial level of experience
in the Energy Services industry.
-
Experience of CSEM/MT and
/or2D/3D Seismic data processing including depth-velocity modeling and
imaging.
-
Experience processing gravity
and magnetic data would be advantageous.
-
Experience with both land and
marine processing preferable.
-
Experience of managing
integrated studies and related 2D and 3D Interpretation projects would be
advantageous.

Ability to work with and
motivate groups. Time and project management skills.
