Provide geological input to drilling programs for
appraisal and development wells (Geological X sections, correlations and
facies models).
-
Provide geological input to well workover/recompletion
proposals and activities.
-
Prepare and present technical data to partners during all
stages of project evaluation, well proposals, Field Development Plans and
project implementations, to achieve endorsements and approvals for proposed
work activities.

Knowledge of deepwater Sabah geology and experience of
Sabah fields is a significant advantage.
-
Familiarity with reservoir parameter analysis (porosity,
permeability etc).
-
Proven experience building fault and 3D geo-cellular
models using the Petrel software essential, including geological
correlations, facies analysis and well planning.
-
Proven experience in building a large variety of 2D and
3D geo-cellular models that meet a range of project objectives from those
requiring very detailed facies models to those requiring coarse slab like
models.
-
Proven experience in “QC”ing models so that they
integrate sufficient geological and dynamic data to meet project objectives.
