Actively engaged as a project operator, conducting successful operations in Indonesia and Australia.

The key responsibilities for the Senior (Day) Drilling Supervisor include:

• Coordinate and supervise the execution of approved offshore drilling programs

• Assist with operational/engineering planning, rig inspection, auditing and team preparation prior to campaign

During Planning Phase, prior to Operations:

• Assist as required in the assessment and selection of drilling rigs and associated equipment.

• Review and update drilling engineering and operational documents to ensure technical robustness, maximise efficiency, minimise trouble risk and assure accordance with company standards and legislative requirements.

• Provide ad hoc technical and operational support and assistance onshore as required

• Assist with team preparation and presentations required for pre spud operations.

Supervision During Operational Phase:

• Leadership and direction of offshore team to communicate and manage the requirements of the drilling program

• Promoting conduct of all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s Policies Plans and Procedures ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment.

• Management of logistics, cost reporting, forward schedule for call-out of people and equipment

• Act as company representative to discharge requirements of applicable legislation, safety case and permit commitments
