Position Description:
Reporting to the Subsea Equipment Manager,
you will be primarily responsible for the detailed design, manufacturing,
testing and delivery of the subsea trees and associated components.
Specific responsibilities include:

Provide guidance to the detail design
development of subsea trees including wet gas flow meters, Installation and
Work Over Controls System (IWOCS), and tooling

Prepare engineering reports, work
schedules and cost estimates

Manage contract cost within approved
budget
-
Monitor the work and track the progress of
the contractors, ensuring timely issuance of deliverables against the
project schedule

Interface with other disciplines
(particularly Manifolds, Subsea Controls and IWOCS) and Drilling and Field
Operation teams to ensure cross-package and inter-contract compliance and
consistency in installation and operation

Oversee and monitor vendors' manufacturing
and Factory Acceptance Testing

Interface with Quality Assurance
Coordinator and on-site inspectors

Provide input to project risk register,
with responsibility for certain mitigation actions

Supervise pre-installation and
installation phase works
-
Responsible for offshore pre-commissioning
and commissioning support
This position will be located in one of the
following location: South East Asia or Europe depending on Tree Engineering
and Manufacture location.
Business travel will be required
approximately 20% of the time, therefore a valid passport is required.
Qualifications/Experience:
The following skills, qualifications and
experience are required:

An Engineering Degree is required

Professional Engineering status is
required

Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification or equivalent experience is required

A minimum of 15 years proven experience
working on subsea trees components is a strict requirement for this
position. With a minimum of 10 years experience on product design,
manufacture and testing of Subsea Trees working for a major international
manufacturer.

Related experience on at least 2 Major
Subsea Projects from start to finish

Recent experience in offshore deepwater
projects

Working knowledge of international and
local codes

Established network of industry contacts
within the subsea engineering community

Proven practical knowledge of current
project management tools (cost management systems, scheduling, estimating,
risk tools, etc.)

management skills with experience in a wide variety of contracting and
