Provide Engineering advice and support to maximize the Operations’ efficiency.

Managing respective people and organization

Managing EHS function in the respective department

Managing relevant administration and report

1. Provide Engineering advice and support to maximize the offshore and onshore operations’ efficiency.

  • Provide electrical and instrumentation engineering support to operations and maintenance teams.

  • Proactively identify and develop ideas for improvements to the E&I system that can add value to the asset.

  • Provide E&I support around Hess’s SEA portfolio and globally where required.

  • Lead design and implementation of offshore SCADA installation

  • Provide operations E&I input and support to future field development.

  • Engineer and design E&I modifications to gas plant and offshore facilities

  • Develop technical skills to improve capabilities.

  • Participate in Root Cause Analyses for significant equipment failures

  • Develop operating procedures and guidelines

2. Manage respective people and organization

  • Participate in training operations and maintenance personnel

3. Manage EHS function in the respective department

  • Demonstrate appropriate safety behaviours and commitment to environmental policies

  • Emergency response duties as required

  • Compliance with environmental regulations and targets

4. Manage relevant administration and report

  • Managing relevant reporting and administration work based on the needs of the respective organization (including data recording, correspondence, etc. - based on the function of this position).

  • Ensuring the confidentiality of the company’s documentation.

Qualifications/ Experience:
  • Ability to use and develop PLC, DCS and SCADA systems

  • Knowledge of gas plant and offshore operations

  • Project Management experience

  • 10 -15 years experience in oil and gas operations

A Bachelor or Masters Degree in appropriate engineering discipline.
