Overall coordination of integrity management activities, non-conformance, Technical Integrity Risk management and reporting for the Pipeline Systems and Terminal/Tankfarm.

Management of integrity service providers to ensure that threats to Main Oil Line / Gas Line / Tankfarm / Marine asset integrity are identified, analyzed and controlled in line with Company business objectives.

Support as a member to the Directorate Technical Integrity Leadership Team, coordinating management review and reporting of Technical Integrity.

Identifying and carrying out integrity Improvement projects on Main Oil Line and Gas Line with particular emphasis on HSE, technical integrity, planning and cost control.

Management of Main Oil Line and Gas Line surveillance, deficiencies and third part activities.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the monthly integrity risk identification, analyze the risks and manage risk minimization corrective actions for the infrastructure asset. Formalize this in the monthly TSD Integrity Report and present status to the TSD Integrity Leadership Team monthly

  • Establish and Implement an overall improvement plan to control unacceptable integrity risks on Infrastructure Oil and Gas assets. Maintain high reliability of the Infrastructure Asset to support the Company in delivering production target

  • Ensure and continually demonstrate the technical integrity of the Main Oil Line (MOL) and Gas Line (GL) and Terminal systems by the application of effective integrity management processes.

  • Effectively manage the inspection/integrity service providers for the MOL/GL/Terminal with respect to budgets, work programmes and service quality.

  • Carry out periodic reviews and audits of the inspection/integrity service providers’ systems and activities.

  • Provide custodianship for as-built drawings and other key engineering and operational data for MOL/GL/Terminal systems and ensure that all are up-to-date.

  • Liaise with and support the concept engineering and operations teams in the Infrastructure Pipeline and Terminal Teams.

  • Provide custodianship for key integrity data for the MOL/GL/Terminal and ensure that changing data are provided to appropriately modify operating envelopes and safeguarding devices of the pipelines and booster stations.

  • Plan MOL/GL/Terminal integrity activities by means of one year and five-year plans, together with 25-year look-ahead, and provide input to the annual corporate Program Build exercise.

  • Review and endorse scope of corrective maintenance work on the Main Oil Line, Gas line and the Terminal pipeline system.

  • Manage the operations and integrated planning for the Main Oil Line & GL to maximize asset reliability/availability, minimize oil deferment and ensure cost-effectiveness.

  • Manage the activities of the Infrastructure Pipeline Liaison/ROW Team.

  • Liaise with the Corporate Operations and Engineering functions as well as other Directorate Technical Integrity Managers to ensure cross-learning and harmonization of approach on Asset Integrity issues.

  • Act as Infrastructure focal point for any unusual / special integrity issues.

  • Perform any required integrity studies.

Qualifications/ Experience:

The following skills, qualifications and experience are required:

  • University Engineering degree

  • At least 10 years experience in the pipeline industry and predominantly in the oil and gas sector. At least 10 years experience in pipeline design and construction with at least 5 years in project management.

  • Professional and specialised knowledge of all aspects of the pipeline discipline, including pipeline engineering, pipeline construction, hot tapping and pipeline operations.

  • Fully conversant with international pipeline engineering and HSE standards

  • Good written and spoken English and PC literate
