oil & gas industry, with capabilities to serve the complete lifecycle for
upstream, midstream and downstream facilities and infrastructure.
The Resourcing Team Lead will
provide professional support and advice to Company’s Offshore Engineering and
Operations, Production Solutions and Company Training business managers and
staff on all aspects of Recruitment Strategy, Policy and Process. He/she will
work closely with business managers to identify and plan resource requirements
and maximise the recruitment marketplace to provide high quality permanent and
temporary staff.
The Resourcing Team Lead will
also be responsible for promoting the Company as a credible and quality employer
in the Oil and Gas Industry through quality Advertising, the use of appropriate
Supply Channels and leveraging technology in Supply Chain Management.
The Resourcing Team Lead will be
a key member of the Resourcing and Recruitment Team and contribute to the
formulation of Recruitment Strategy, Policy and technology driven delivery
Processes.
Principle Duties include:-

Ongoing delivery of resourcing
function to meet client and overall business group needs (to agreed time
scales and budget).

Ensuring a broad mix of
challenging client work to all members of staff, taking an active role in
performance management, staff development and reward management and ensuring
that client and company objectives are met

Liaising with business managers
to identify and plan resource requirements
-
Provide expert advice on best
supply options, channels and market trends
-
Advising managers and staff on
best practice in the recruitment and selection process
-
Assist with the development of
job promotion and advertising material
-
Contribute to the development
of the supply chain including screening, short listing, selection and
candidate communication

Maximising and promoting the
use of technology in the management of the recruitment supply chain
-
Measuring, evaluating and
benchmarking the Resourcing, Recruitment and Market Strategy and Process
-
Setting and managing customer
service levels and assessing risk
-
To conduct work activities in
such a manner as to minimise the risk to the health and safety of employees,
or of adverse impact on the environment.

It will be a requirement of
this role to periodically make offshore and site visits.

| Qualifications/ Experience: |
The following skills,
qualifications and experience are required:

Degree qualified, and
preferably a member (or studying for) Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development status.

A minimum of 10 years
experience in the resourcing and recruitment function in the Oil and Gas
Industry

Experience of the recruitment
Supply Chain and Supply Channels

Knowledge of recruitment
supporting technology and web-based recruitment applications and systems

Prior experience of working in
an HR team or in a directly related Resourcing work environment.
