Planning Consultant

A property consultantancy in the West Midlands are looking for a dynamic individual who has a broad experience of planning in the private sector to join their experienced team to take on challenges and become innovative.

You will be responsible for:

• Structure plans
• Preparation
• Strategies for advancing proposals
• Submission and negotiating
• Build effective relationships with new and present clients

If you can bring a unique mix of experience, excellent verbal and written communication, the ability to work as part of team or automously on projects and prioritise a heavy workload this will be an ideal opportunity.

MSc / BSc qualification in Planning with RTPI membership essential.
