Environmental Jobs - EIA Consultant - Bristol: This client is one of the worlds leading providers of health, safety and environmental services to organisations in the UK and overseas. It is currently seeking an EIA Consultant to join its established EIA team, based in Bristol. The role will involve working on high profile projects helping some of the UKs leading organisations to safeguard the environment for the future. The role will consist of assisting senior consultants with the co-ordination and production of EIAs and the identification of environmental constraints, including fieldwork and data collection. The successful applicant will also be required to write detailed feasibility studies, environmental reviews and environmental statements along with assisting with the production of proposals and tenders.

You will work with regulators and liase with clients whilst providing advice on environmental issues. Applicants should hold a BSC degree in a relevant discipline and will ideally have and MSc in EIA or related subject, but this is not a pre-requisite. You should have demonstrable consultancy experience working on EIA projects and a broad knowledge of UK legislation. The successful applicant will be a good team player with the ability to work autonomously and should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
