Senior/Principal Acoustics Consultant

You will have the opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading Acoustics departments with expertise in building, environment and entertainment acoustics and vibration.

They are looking to expanding their team of acousticians in Cambridge and are looking for enthusiastic experienced acoustician preferably with skills in environmental and/or building design acoustics.

You would get the chance to lead a growing team of, and become part of a large and expanding broad based engineering and environmental consultancy with offices throughout the UK.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent in acoustics or acoustics related discipline
• Must have considerable post graduate experience in acoustics
• Must have consultancy experience
• Must have Project Management experience.
• The ability to use and instruct others in the use of sound and vibration meters.
• Specialist experience in either environmental acoustics or building acoustics or both
• Experience of using IMMI noise mapping software is an advantage
