Your role will be as a senior ecologist in the consultancy and you will use your knowledge and expertise to lead projects and train and mentor more junior members of your team. You will lead your team in delivering habitat and species surveys, ecological impact assessments, and mitigation planning and monitoring using the latest techniques and reporting.

The successful candidate will be experienced and knowledgeable in the following:
-Phase 1 surveys
-NVCs
-River corridor surveys
-Species surveys (Bat specialist knowledge/license would be advantageous)
-Habitat mapping
-Ecological data analysis

You will be qualified to degree level in a relevant discipline, preferably ecology and have extensive consultancy experience. You must hold all the relevant protected species licenses and have excellent team management skills.
