 Carbon and Energy Management Consultant Milton Keynes, UK £30000 - £40000 per annumAccountability/Key Responsibilities To define, understand and document a customers objectives in terms of their Energy usage and Carbon Management strategy To undertake an energy and carbon review of the clients entire operation including the energy performance monitoring of existing operational contracts, challenge variances, To perform diagnosis on under-performing sites and identify opportunities for improved energy performance, including detailed feasibility studies To provide a concise, detailed report to the client identifying identify opportunities for energy usage improvement, cost savings and increased compliance To develop financial business cases for proposed energy saving investments To analyse, customize and deliver cohesive and concise management information to clients utliising EMR and specifically the EDV functionality To implement, as required, a range of initiatives that will support the clients objectives and timescales including oSecuring information on Energy Usage and carbon Management oThe provision of Improved Management Information to the client oImproved management processes, oBehavioral change, oRe-active and proactive data capture and analysis oConfirmation of information relevance oControl systems and BMS solutions To create a plan if action to deliver energy savings and calculate the potential energy savings that can be made through implementation To facilitate and support a customer in implementing all phases of their energy strategy To communicate to customer and project progress To deliver contractual requirements in a timely and cost effective manor To perform detailed energy surveys, obtain capital costs and prepare detailed energy proposals Project Manage Energy Saving Projects, identifying suitable subcontractors, managing budget and time constraints.
