EIA with Renewable Energy

An experienced EIA candidate is needed to join a small team of in Newcastle. Due to the rapid expansion of the environmental team, there is now a huge range of exciting new projects for the team to take on and get involved in.

You will take on a role where you will provide EIA project expertise and advice within the existing environmental team. The successful candidate will also have renewable energy experience/background. This will prove invaluable to the existing team; you will bring your specialist knowledge and expertise and have the opportunity to develop your own skills and to advance technically within the consultancy.

The main role will require you to be involved in a variety of work, including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and associated studies, appropriate assessments and planning. The candidate will be expected to provide advice to clients and staff and to assist in the smooth running and continued successful development of the business in Newcastle.

You must have experience in an environmental consultancy or related discipline with extensive experience in EIAs. You must have a BSc in a relevant environmental science discipline, though an MSc would be advantageous.

Alongside your qualifications you must be an excellent communicator and team worker, self motivated and enthusiastic about projects you undertake.
