Our client is looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Geotechnical Engineer into the Geoscience and Characterisation team. The candidate will actively contribute to the delivery and development of the team across its core business sectors, including oil and gas and offshore renewables. An ability to demonstrate a high level of technical competency in offshore geotechnical engineering as well as a sound understanding of geological and sedimentary processes in general is required. The candidate should be experienced in anticipating and understanding clients' requirements in terms of managing the whole process of survey/site investigation, reporting and formulating geotechnical design parameters.

Role requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or one of the Geological or Earth Sciences or similar
* MSc or other postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject expected
* Offshore site investigation experience would be a distinct advantage.
