My client is looking for a Sustainable Buildings Advisor to be based in their Exeter office. This is an excellent opportunity and they want to interview asap. The interview format will be a set of questions with the Head of Sustainability and a member of HR.
The postholder will be expected to:
*Be responsible for undertaking energy/sustainable building surveys for different property types.
*Recommend improvement to achieve sustainable buildings.
*Reduce buildings carbon footprint.
*Maximise the sustainable aspect of each property.
*Provide detailed energy and CO2 saving reports.
*Progress recommendations from costing to completion.
*Report back to clients, to ensure client satisfaction.
*Evaluate opportunities where energy savings can be achieved and develop action plans and targets.
*Conduct regular reviews on progress, addressing actions to improve energy efficiency and carbon emissions.
*Ensure targets are achieved and projects implemented.
*Develop expertise in Zero-Carbon buildings.
