The successful candidate will require the following skills/qualifications:
- Degree in relevant discipline (e.g. BSc Mechanical Engineering)
-Undertaking Energy performance certificates levels 3,4 and 5 for commercial buildings
-Energy assessments
-Undertake modelling simulation, using IES
-Competent in the use of IES
-SBEM calculations'
-Background in Building services
