Senior/Principal Ecologist

An amazing opportunity has arisen for an ecologist to go into a senior consultant role in a leading environmental consultancy.

You will bring you excellent knowledge, expertise and experience to an established, talented team. You will lead projects, mentor more junior members of the team, lead in delivering habitat species surveys, EIAs and mitigation planning.

The successful candidate will be experienced in the following skills:

• Phase 1 surveys
• NVCs
• River corridor surveys
• Species surveys
• Habitat mapping
• Ecological data analysis
• Project Management
• Business Development

You will be qualified to degree level preferably in ecology and have extensive consultancy experience. You will have all relevant protected species licenses and also have lots of team leading and managing experience.

Alongside your qualifications and experiences you will be self motivated, enthusiastic and keen to progress through the consultancy.
