Senior Acoustics Consultant

Manchester, UK

£30000 - £40000 per annum


You will be based in Manchester where you will be a key member to the team and will be an asset to the growing skills and development of the existing acoustics and vibration services. You will also be involved in the business development of the team and the projects undertaken.
The successful candidate will have the following:
-Qualified to degree level in a relevant discipline e,g, Environmental Acoustics
-Technical Report writing and proposal writing skills
-Associate member of a professional body e.g. Institute of Acoustics (IOA)
-Noise and Vibration monitoring skills and assessment methodologies
-Good working Knowledge of acoustics and noise control
On top of you qualifications and skills you must be self motivated, enthusiastic and have excellent team skills. Any knowledge for the following would act as a bonus;
-EIA knowledge
-Sustainability Appraisals
-Building Design
