Senior Air Quality/EIA Consultant

As a result of continued success a highly reputable consultancy are now seeking a senior consultant to join their expanding Air Quality Team in London. Additional support to the EIA coordination team is also sought within the candidate.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications/experience:

• A BSc/MSc in an appropriate environmental discipline
• Preferably appropriate professional membership (air quality and/or EIA related)
• Air quality experience in an established UK consultancy;
• A successful track record in air quality assessment in relation to built environment projects with experience of liaising with local authorities in relation to the detailed scope of assessments;
• Experience working with dispersion models, particularly ADMS-Roads;
• Additional experience of coordinating EIAs an advantage

You must also have the following attributes:

• Excellent report writing, communication, and project management skills
• Excellent client liaison skills;
• Experience of budget/financial control of projects
• Ability to work as part of a team dealing with multiple projects within financial and timescale constraints;
• Ability to supervise/support more junior members of staff
• Good user capability of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel;
• The aspiration to succeed at the highest levels.
