Civils/Drainage Engineer

A leading multinational multidisciplinary consultancy has created an exciting position for a talented and ambitious Drainage Engineer to join their well established and well respected team in Reading.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the planning, design and procurement of infrastructure related projects for commercial and/or residential developments with a particular interest in drainage design and experience of preparing strategic drainage designs as part of the masterplanning process for new sites.

Specifically, you should be able to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of the following: The application of Windes software including source control procedures. Sewers for Adoption. S104 adoptions procedures. S98 Sewer Requisitions procedures. Buildings Regulations Part H. Current SUDS Best Practice. Flood Risk Assessments

You will be involved in a number of high profile schemes including the M4 Junction 11 improvements, Biggleswade Housing development and the Reading Gateway project.
