Bioenergy ConsultantLeeds, UKSalary: £30K+ A leading multidisciplinary has created an exciting and challenging position for a Bioenergy consultant to become part of its success. The successful candidate will provide consultancy services to industry, governments and NGOs. Key activities include resource assessments, conceptual development, technology selection, feasibility studies, project development support and guiding planning permission applications. You will be expected to generate sales leads via your knowledge of the market and existing contact network and write proposals to secure new consulting contracts Supporting non-bioenergy colleagues on policy, strategy and technical work related to biomass/bioenergy. Departments of bioenergy within their offices are dealing with execution of studies and realization of installations in the field of bioenergy. Focus areas in the field of bioenergy are: biomass combustion and co-firing, biofuels - including second generation technology developments, anaerobic digestion, electricity and/or heat generation (CHP) and/or biogas and biomass supply chain sustainability. We pay attention to the whole biomass chain: biomass supply, logistics, conversion and production/generation and sale of end products (electricity, heat, biofuels/pellets).
