An ever expanding environmental consultancy that specializes in energy efficiency and sustainability is currently looking for a skilled code for sustainable homes consultant to support a fixed workload that is due to double this year.

The role is composed of 60% code for sustainable homes assessments and 40% strategic, whereby the successful consultant will be helping key clients achieve long terms strategies for code for sustainable homes. The client base includes large companies and constructors. The projects you will be working on will range from 20-700 houses.

My client requires someone who can be passionate about the job, be proactive and have client facing skills to develop strategies at a mid seniority level. You will need to be technically competent, need to know your way around code, the economics of it and have VERY good Excel skills.

This role has become available due to expansion and it is a reasonably urgent role - this company has grown from a team of 3 to 6 consultants and they are moving office in 2 weeks to a Central London location. The role will be primarily office based and also involve some nationwide travel.

My client has been established for 3 years and currently have £400,000 turnover - due to turnover £1M next year-. There are big opportunities to grow into a more senior role/manage an individual business unit with targets and bonus opportunities.
