Experienced BREEAM Consultant

A leading sustainability consultancy is looking for an experienced and forward thinking BRREAM consultant to add to their team.

The company based in central Birmingham, works on a range of high profile projects in the UK and the Middle East. It provides a range of BREEAM, Eco homes and Code for sustainable homes services, as well as energy modelling and Low Carbon feasibility studies. The company aims to be ground breaking and strives to constantly improve its services and techniques.

For this role, you will need to be an accredited Non-domestic BREEAM assessor with experience of carrying out assessment projects through to certification. You will have experience of leading teams and have a proven track record of project and team management. In addition you will have:

• Experience of UK building Regulations and Planning requirements
• The ability to work with minimal supervision and proactively investigate issues
• Familiarity with EcoHomes or Code for Sustainable Homes- would be an advantage
• Membership with CIBSE- would be an advantage

You will work on a range of projects carrying out BREEAM assessments on Non-Domestic buildings.
