Senior Contaminated Land Consultant

An exciting opportunity is being brought to the forefront of the Contaminated Land sector which is sure to attract some of the best in the business. This role is clearly designed for a Contaminated Land Expert who can boast a wealth of experience in the field.

We are looking for a Senior Contaminated Land consultant who can carry on the incredibly high standards which have already been set by the current team.

The ideal candidate will have the following core skills;

• Project Management Skills and reporting (factual and interpretative) of geo-environmental phase 1 and phase 2 site investigations.
• Contaminated land remediation design
• Knowledge of human health and groundwater risk assessments an advantage
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and the preparation of health and safety plans for site works
• Proposal Writing and Financial control of projects
• Due diligence reporting
• Client liaison and business development
