My client is a global environmental Consultancy who really specializes in S ustainable solutions and they are now on the lookout for a new team leader for their busy Carbon Management team based in Hampshire.

I am looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to manage and develop a team of 3-4 people and to develop and grow the current business. The team is currently delivering Carbon management programmes and CMEE ptojects and also wins on a regular basis more non carbon trust related projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to develop and promote the carbon management service to other disciplines within the consultancy.

To be considered for this highly challenging position you will have strong experience of leading, managing and developing a team of carbon management consultants and you will have a proven business development track record to move the team forward.
