The Role
This post will see the successful applicant work
on a variety of operations within the business stream. Focusing on Reservoir
management activities, this role will not be restricted to just that as you will
come in contact with Geologists, Geophysicists and Interpreters. This position
will definitely enhance your technical skill set. Key areas they require
includes:
- Dynamic and static reservoir characterization
- Production analysis and optimization
- Well test interpretation and analysis
- Reservoir simulation
Education and Experience
Applying individuals will need to be educated to
MSc level and should have a strong background working within an operator.
(Consideration will be given to those employed within a consultancy capacity as
long as experience gained is technically orientated.) Good written and verbal
communication skills are required (English), plus they would like the applicant
to be familiar with software such as Eclipse and Saphir. It is important you
have team leading experience as this is a Senior post, plus the ability to
deliver highly technical project loads is essential. The successful individual
will play an active role in the mentoring and coaching of Junior staff.
