We are looking for Electrical Plant Engineers to join one of the leading energy companies, to provide product lifecycle and electrical engineering support for their plant in Wiltshire.
The Electrical Plant Engineer should have experience of static and rotating electrical plant from LV to at least 132 KV.
Experience working in Power Generation, Power Systems Design and Wind Turbines is desirable but not essential . Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of generators, transformers, switch gear and cable systems.
You will be Chartered or working towards Chartered status with broad knowledge and a strong continuous career background in a similar environment.
The responsibility of the role will be to ensure delivery of cost effective and robust electrical systems as well as the writing of technical specifications , tender / design reviews, plant failure investigation. You will have the ability to communicate at all levels with management and clients.
