Senior Ecologist

Location: Cumbria

My client is one of the UK’s most prestigious multidiscipline consultancies working in major infrastructure, redevelopment and management. With over 4000 staff, 50 offices worldwide and a vast technical expertise this company has unequalled presence.

The successful candidate will be working in a successful ecological team; a typical week would involve in protected species, ecological surveys, liaising with clients, managing projects, independently work, and report writing.

You will be a key member of the team with work lined up for the potential candidate and more work to follow.

To be considered for this role you will have –

• Extensive Project management skills

• Experience of managing/undertaking ecological assessments

• Protected species licenses at least one. (Bats, GCT or Other)

• Habitat surveys

• Excellent report writing

Salary & Benefits

The salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, £25’000 to 35’000 plus leading benefits from an international leading consultancy.
