Rotating Equipment Engineer

With regards to the position, you will be required to report to the rotating equipment manager and also will have to lead maintenance and performance management activities. You will have several key responsibilities in the role:

  • Ensuring that all planned and executed activities have a high focus on HSE.

  • Providing technical assurance and managing business risks.

  • Providing technical advice and support for rotating equipment issues.

  • Compiling budgets for key rotating equipment, developing asset improvement plans and ensuring root cause follow up takes place.

The company is looking for an individual that is self motivated and driven. In addition they would like an individual that meets several essential criteria:

  • Has a degree within an engineering discipline and extensive relevant experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to work well within a team, and someone with a structured approach to work and a talent for problem solving.

  • Good computer skills.
