Reliability and Maintenance Engineer

This position will enable you to be a part of a highly successful and rapidly expanding global company within the fields of exploration and production. This position will see you implementing maintenance and integrity management strategies to cover all of the onshore facilities associated with a major project. The role will also involve you undertaking many key responsibilities including:

  • Being in charge of technical integrity and the maintenance budget for a project.

  • Developing maintenance strategies, processes and engineering requirements.

  • Training both onshore and offshore staff within maintenance management.

  • Advising on codes of practice, company and national standards and regulations.

  • Carrying out maintenance analysis and updating programs on a regular basis.

The company is looking for an individual that is self-motivated and enjoys working within a team. In addition there are several essential criteria that the organisation is looking for:

  • Someone with extensive experience in maintenance and engineering.

  • The ability to mentor and coach individuals of a more junior level.

  • Experience of heading up a maintenance team for a significant facility, or experience of getting involved in a maintenance build for a new facility.
