This position will see you implementing maintenance and integrity management strategies to cover all of the onshore facilities associated with a major project. The role will also involve you undertaking many key responsibilities including:

• Being in charge of technical integrity and the maintenance budget for a project.

• Developing maintenance strategies, processes and engineering requirements.

• Training both onshore and offshore staff within maintenance management.

• Advising on codes of practice, company and national standards and regulations.

• Carrying out maintenance analysis and updating programs on a regular basis.

The company is looking for an individual that is self-motivated and enjoys working within a team. In addition there are several essential criteria that the organisation is looking for:

• Someone with extensive experience in maintenance and engineering.

• The ability to mentor and coach individuals of a more junior level.

• Experience of heading up a maintenance team for a significant facility, or experience of getting involved in a maintenance build for a new facility.
