Senior Completions Engineer

This organisation is one of the leading oil and gas operators within Europe, and employs thousands of people globally. The company is continually expanding and is therefore looking for technically brilliant and enthusiastic individuals to join the team. The organisation is currently looking for a Senior Completions Engineer to be based in Austria, to be considered for this position you must meet the following criteria:

  • Educated to degree level in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Extensive experience within the oil and gas industry and records of work in completions and completions operations.

  • Experience in the design and installation of completions systems.

This position will see you get involved with many activities, key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing completions standards and procedures for standardisation.

  • Optimisation of completions in liaison with Well Engineering and Production Technology.

  • Preparation and evaluation of tender documents for completion equipment.

  • Providing estimates for completion operation cost, cost/performance control of test and workover operations.

  • Improving completions design and activities.

  • Providing technical supervision for completion, stimulation and testing activities.
