Location: 28/28 Rotation in Egypt

This independent energy company is looking for a Production
expert to work on a 28/28 rotation in Egypt. This international company carries
out the exploration and development of natural gas, crude out and gas liquids
throughout the world. For this position, the organisation is looking for an
individual that fits several essential criteria as outlined below:

Extensive experience in production operations.

Experience and knowledge in the following areas: production
and well operation, pipelines, artificial lift, compressors, oilfield
mechanical operations, and waterflood stations.

Experience of taking on a leadership role.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
The ability to anticipate problems and to adjust to meet
the demands of growing operations.

Experience of working within multi-disciplinary teams.
-
Experience of safety leadership and monitoring
environmental impacts.
Within this position you will have several key
responsibilities including:

Responsible for maximising production, optimising
waterflood injection, controlling costs, and monitoring facility performance.

Tracking well data such as allocation, well tests, chemical
injection and pump operation daily.

Performing daily surveys and taking action to maximise
production.

Working effectively with other supervisors for reports and
meetings.

Supporting maintenance activity through the inspection of
field generators and waterflood pump stations.

Assisting with identifying problems and troubleshooting.
