In terms of the geologist position, you will be expected to contribute significantly to exploration projects and also provide technical input into all geological related matters within exploration activities. The role will also require you to take on several responsibilities:

• Carrying out geological interpretation in association with several areas including petrophysics and reservoir engineering.
• Providing input for 3D geological models and conducting subsurface evaluations presented to a high quality and within time restrictions.
• Make technical presentations to colleagues and provide geological input for well development programs.
• Effectively carry out geological interpretation in exploration, appraisal and field development.

The organisation is looking for a candidate that also fits its essential educational and technical criteria. To be considered you must be educated to degree level in Geology; have experience within the oil industry especially in production or reservoir geology; have a good understanding of geophysics, operations geology, petrophysics and development geology; and finally have computer literacy with knowledge of geological interpretation software.
