This is a leading Oil and Gas operator that is active across the entire upstream segment. The E&P business stream has a balanced collection of assets at various stages, they aim to maximise existing fields as well as to rapidly develop discovered fields, whilst continuing with intense exploration activities within strong development potential regions.

With the company looking to further expand their E&P business section, they are seeking a new addition to join their team of Drilling Engineers. Reporting to the Regional Wells Manager you will work within a diverse team that will consist of specialists across the whole spectrum. The successful individual will participate in the review and assurance of all operated activities within Drilling, this will include duties such as:

• Well engineering (development, planning, testing, completions)

• Well design

• Analysis of well performance and management of well operations

• Risk management and analysis

• Capability review and feasibility studies

The management would be interested in speaking with those qualified to MSc level with extensive experience. It is important that this individual has experience within the Norwegian Sea portfolio. The capacity to work within and potentially lead a diverse team is vital, especially as you will be coming in at a Senior grade. Those that can demonstrate a constructive and positive attitude would be highly attractive, plus it is important you have a problem solving mentality.
